Why there is no data in my Private Area?

There are two common issues related to not seeing any data in your Private Area.

1. No Internet connectivity. For this please check that there is an active Internet Connection on your device (WiFi, 3G, GPRS or EDGE).
2. The cell phone has been updated to a newer Android version. After system update all applications are erased.
